2024 class schedule coming on January 15

Full class descriptions are in the works. Registration will open on January 15. Meanwhile see the class calendar page, with its year-at-a-glance sidebar list, for a sneak peak at class dates. This year we’ll have several new 5-day classes, as well as many returning favorites, and we’re even branching out into a couple of longer 9-day classes.

• New classes: Book Nook, Palmgren Party, Gamp Camp, Dwell on Dräll, Flamboyant Blankets & Rugs
• Traditional favorites: Vävstuga Basics, Swedish Classics, Drawloom ABC, Designing Awesome Warps, Mönster Parti, Vävstuga Bandloom, Bandfest.
• Expanding to 9 days: both Linens and Dwell on Dräll classes will be running for 9 days.
• Special guest instructors in 2024: Monica Hallén, offering two different weeks of Rag Rug theory and techniques; Wendy Jensen, offering a one-day Basket Weaving class; and our newest guest Åsa Viksten Strömbom, offering her Bound Plattväv Coverlets class.

Please note that taking Vävstuga Basics (either in person or online) is a prerequisite for most of the 2024 classes. All classes are first come, first served; a waiting list will also follow that format.

This extraordinary wealth of material has taken over two years of work to produce in video class form, so we hope you love it. 2023 in review
