Spend quality time with family members at our Summer Weaving Workshop – July 11-15th

A wonderful multi-generational weaving week, with natural dyeing & drawloom weaving! An opportunity for a parent/grandparent & child to enjoy/learn weaving at the Farm House Studio.

Our week of weaving in the barn is an unprecedented opportunity for youngsters, teens & adults alike. In this mixed age group setting, we will dress a loom together, and weave on a variety of beautiful & colorful warps including a draw loom or two and a reproduction Viking era loom! Julie Parsons will join us this year with the added enjoyment of using natural dyes fresh from our garden, Emily Gwynn will teach spinning on drop spindle, and Lisa Hill will bring her sewing machines and coach our participants in making little bags and other items out of their very own handwoven fabrics.
